Part 1:

Im not much of a health fanatic when it comes to food. I also don't believe in God but I do believe in Fate and Destiny. Everything around us was made for a reason and we all have a purpose no matter the importance. Even food is connected to this belief of mine. I spoke with a personal friend of mine Executive Chef Louis Marfoglio and he went over a few food items that pretty much screamed Fate to me. The Sizes, shapes and colors of food are all related to the human body.

He made and provided what we’d need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We’re such slow learners…

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!
